Ideeorav OÜ The e-store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”) is an online trading platform through which various products can be ordered. These terms of sale apply to all www.ideemoto.ee products and services purchased through the platform. The e-store is managed by IDEEORAV OÜ (registration code 16791162), located at Sõpruse 10-2, Prillimäe village, Kohila Parish, Rapla County. The terms of use set out the conditions and procedure for using the e-store. By making a purchase in the e-store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms.
1. General Terms
1.1. E-store www.ideemoto.ee is open to all buyers who wish to order our products and services.
1.2. All terms of sale comply with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Placing an order
2.1. The customer does not need to register as a user of the e-store to place an order.
2.2. The order is considered confirmed after the payment is completed.
3. Validity of the Sales Contract, Price, and Payment
3.1. The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
3.2. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional fee for delivery. All prices for goods sold in the online store are in euros.
3.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order process.
3.4. Information about the product is provided in the online store directly next to the product.
3.5. To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank links
- Payment by invoice
3.6. When placing an order, the customer provides the necessary information and confirms the purchase by selecting a suitable payment method.
3.7. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus ASPayments take place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the respective bank's secure environment, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store's bank account.
3.8. The owner of the online store is the data controller and will forward the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
3.9. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
4. Return Policy
4.1. Customers have the right to return the product within 14 business days from receiving it. The returned product must be unused and undamaged.
4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
4.3. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products or products tailored to the customer's specifications.
4.4. To return a product, a proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) must be provided, and a corresponding request must be submitted by sending the return request along with the invoice via email to info@ideemoto.ee.
4.5. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the return is confirmed.
4.6. The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item subject to the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4.7. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1. Orders are delivered via courier companies operating within the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
5.2. The customer can choose a suitable courier company from the options provided by the online store.
5.3. The online store is not responsible for extended delivery times caused by the courier company's actions.
5.4. Generally, the product is delivered to the customer within 2–4 business days.
5.5. The shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
5.6. If the delivery time is delayed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiations. The customer can contact the online store at info@ideemoto.ee.
6.2. If the resolution of disputes through negotiations fails, customers have the right to contact The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority..
7. Sale of Goods
7.1. The goods sold in the online store are available without territorial restrictions.
7.2. The customer is responsible for the delivery fee and compliance with customs requirements outside the territory of Estonia.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. The online store is not liable for defects that occur after the product has been handed over to the buyer.
8.2. If the product purchased from the online store has defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
8.3. IDEEORAV OÜ does not offer a warranty for products resulting from 3D printing and laser cutting services if the customer has provided their own drawings or files.
8.4. The seller is responsible for all goods to the extent prescribed by law.
8.5. The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
9. Other Terms
9.1. IDEEORAV OÜ reserves the right to modify the terms of use. All changes will be published on the online store's website and will be effective from the date of publication.
9.2. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the online store. In case of incorrect data submission, the online store cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the order.
